Monmouth Park Orchard Now Finally Becoming A Reality!

City of trees working alongside the Friends of Ordsall Parks planted 5 fruit trees on Saturday 20th January. 15 volunteers from both City of Trees and the Friends of Ordsall Parks worked to plant a variety of fruit trees. A further 4 fruit trees planted the following week brinigng the total to 9

This project would not have been possible without funding from the Greggs Foundation, Tesco's little bags of help, for which we are very grateful. We would also like to thank City of Trees for leading on this project and tirelessly pushing it forward.
